Starting Makeup
Starting Makeup
I thought I would get the ball rolling. I often look around the net for tips on makeup as I am still learning. I copied this from another site! https://www.aarp.org
Start fresh. ...
Do eye makeup before face makeup. ...
Brown or black gel-pencil liner powers up eyes. ...
Splurge on a curler, but scrimp on black mascara. ...
Use neutral shadows to accent eyes. ...
Do your brows. ...
Go for glow and brightness, not coverage. ...
Use makeup brushes.

Why don’t you Nick.? It’s a whole bunch of fun.

Re: Starting Makeup
You're right, Sally, it is fun. For a cd in the closet though there's usually some time restriction (how long will wifey be away visiting her sister? Do I really have an hour alone or is there a 50/50 chance someone will be back earlier? etc....). So just as important as how to put makeup on is how to take it off bloody quick and not leave a trace. I'm sure a lot of you have been in this squeamish situation, so - what is it? Wet wipes? Running to the bathroom and locking the door?

Re: Starting Makeup
Charlene, I always make sure the makeup remover is ready if needed and am prepared if she happens to return early. Also, I purchase makeup removers that are quick and easy to use. With makeup, it always takes longer than I think it will and am always disappointed to have remove it so quickly (and unable to admire it).
